Rhod Gilbert ‘feeling good’ as he discloses stage four cancer diagnosis

Rhod Gilbert has given fans a report on his wellbeing, uncovering that he has been determined to have stage four malignant growth.

In July, the comic declared that he was going through therapy for malignant growth at Velindre Disease Center in Cardiff, a medical clinic which he had recently raised assets for.

Addressing Eleri Sion on BBC Radio Grains, Gilbert uncovered how he kept his show in Cardiff’s Thousand years Place toward the beginning of April yet “straight after that I was battling”.

“I had a frightfully sensitive throat, snugness through my neck. I was dropping shows since I was unable to inhale,” he said.

“I was having a wide range of issues and we were unable to make quick work of it.”
